Quentin Incao's Profile
As Director of Operations, Quentin leads the development of improved operational standards for MTM hotels, benchmarks best practices for process and profit improvement opportunities and pilots the selection and implementation of environmental initiatives for MTM. Additionally, he is actively involved with the development and integration of the many new hotels expected to join the MTM collection in the near future.
Quentin has a 20-year career in the hospitality business in San Francisco, Massachusetts, New York City (where he opened the first W Hotel) and the Lodge at Pebble Beach prior to joining MTM. Quentin was the operations manager for MTM’s Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Washington. In this position, Quentin led rooms and food & beverage operations. In 2007, his leadership and the supportive team he built were largely responsible for securing the honor of the No.12 ranking by Travel + Leisure readers in the Top 100 Hotels in the United States and No. 80 ranking in the Top 100 Hotels in the world.
Born in London, England and raised in upstate New York, Incao now lives in Kirkland, Wash. with his wife, Louise and young son, Aiden.
