Diana Delgado's Profile

Behind every successful marketing initiative is a “wizard” whose responsibility is to understand the dynamics of the industry distribution mechanics, to anticipate competitors pricing strategies and maneuvers and to then establish optimal pricing and marketing strategies to capture share and incremental profit. For MTM that person is Diana Delgado, our Vice President, Marketing & Revenue Management.

Diana has over 12 years of experience marketing luxury independent hotels (Destination Hotels & Resorts, La Costa Resort & Spa and Noble House Hotels & Resorts) with a heavy bias in the marketing science of revenue management. Her expertise in the then emerging discipline of revenue management allowed her to position each of her hotels during her 8 years in the San Diego market as the RevPAR leader.

Prior to joining MTM in 2006, Diana was VP, Revenue Management and a part of a three-person team leading all marketing efforts for Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Her responsibilities included web site development, all distribution and e-marketing. During her tenure at Noble House the company was either #1 or #2 RevPAR leader for management companies in the USA.

Since joining MTM she has established new, more aggressive pricing templates for our hotels, built new revenue management tools, implemented an SEO program, upgraded the central reservations office, introduced customer relationship and database marketing technology. Diana is currently focused on re-building the MTM hotel web sites and consumer brand development.

Her passions include family, music and her bulldog, Molly.
